Time Off

You will be entitled to a total of 15 leave credits per year. Every month you render service for the company, you will earn 1.25 leave credits.

1. The leave credit may be used as a sick leave credit or a vacation leave credit
2. Leave requests are ideally made 1 week before the anticipated date.
3. Since we are currently rendering less work hours than the minimum weekly hours we are being paid, unscheduled absences will proportionally affect the total hours paid for the week
4. If you are being paid 10 hours per week and you are on an unscheduled absence 1 time for the week, your total paid hours will be bumped down to 8 hours.
5. If you go on an unscheduled absence and you still were able to deliver more work hours than your minimum requirement, then you will not incur any negative effect on your pay
6. This pay system will be in place until such a time that we are all rendering more work hours than our minimum paid hours.
7. Attendance policy will be attached together with the meeting minutes that will be sent after the meeting.
