Why does Chabad Concierge care so much about communication?

 

Communication is crucial not just to Chabad Concierge but to every workplace. Poor communication leads to poor performance that could result in unhappy clients which is detrimental to the company's success. Maintaining good communication within the team and it's clients is one of Chabad Concierge's foundations, thus we want to make sure that everyone maintains good communication with each other. 

Poor communication does not only affect Chabad Concierge and the team, but also the client's business and organization. This also creates a tense environment where VAs are not motivated to be productive and not inspired to collaborate within the team. 

Effective communication is the key in establishing strong relationships and getting important projects done. This is also critical when working remotely.
