Chabad Concierge Hiring Process: How Does It Work?
Unlike other companies out there, Chabad Concierge doesn't have a complex vetting process. We believe in simplicity and we welcome everyone who wants to apply. Once we receive enough candidates, our Account Manager gets to work! Each resume and application is carefully evaluated before being moved onto the next stage: The Job Interview
While it is amazing to have candidates with already established freelance career, we value the attitude and potential more. Chabad Concierge wants to preserve the culture of the company, and our team takes extra effort in evaluating all the applicants to make sure we hire people with the right attitude that matches our company's culture & values.
After the candidates passed the screening process, they will be scheduled for interview where they will be asked a few questions such as work history, personality, work style and other factors relevant to the job to assess whether or not they will be a good fit for the company.
What's next?
Week-long training is the next step after the application process. The training will focus on basic CRM, website, and creative tasks. You will be matched with a client soon after you completed the training session.
Who Gets Matched & How Does It Work?
Everyone will be matched with a client. We don't pick who gets and who doesn't.
We take into consideration the needs of the client and we strive to provide top-notched service, thus we don't just match clients with a VA randomly. We evaluate and ask available VAs if they're capable of taking on the client providing that they have experience or they're willing to be trained to do the tasks needed.
The tasks will be discussed with the VA to make sure he/she is a good fit and up to par. Should the VA doesn't have experience with all the tasks, Chabad Concierge will take extra effort and train the VA with the particular task before starting work with the client.
